Industrial and Commercial Fire Saftey Seminar

HAI personnel developed a Fire Safety Seminar designed to be delivered to facility managers, plant engineers and those people involved with operational loss prevention, personnel safety and business continuity. Designed primarily to focus on industrial and commercial properties, this program has been broken down into specific modules covering a variety of property protection and life safety areas. This program is the basis for a number of customized “modules” that HAI can deliver at corporate seminars and company sites in response to specific needs.

Fire Alarm ITM Training

The fire alarm in a building is said to be only as good as the last time it was tested. This may well be true, but a good program for inspecting, maintaining and testing a fire alarm system will insure that the system will function the way its supposed to when it is needed. HAI has developed an Inspection, Testing and Maintenance program for fire alarm systems in response to the industry’s needs. HAI has some of the leading experts in the fire alarm industry who have given their technical expertise to this program.

FAA Training

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has turned to HAI for the development of a number of specific programs. HAI has developed and delivered courses and seminars ranging from a half-day to a week in length. These programs have been delivered at sites and through the HAI web-based training site. Topics have included passive fire protection, fire protection systems and programs to maintain systems, specific programs on advanced fire detection, fire barriers and fire stopping procedures. HAI continues to partner with FAA to raise the level of protection and awareness at FAA sites around the country.
