Each client is assigned a senior level project manager, who is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the client-directed service plan.

In developing the service plan, the project manager works closely with the client to assure detailed specific service deliverables and timetables are outlined and agreed upon. We do this to make sure that there are no surprises and that we meet – and exceed – our client’s expectations. These service plans can include:

New construction plan review procedures
Impairment management procedures
Web-enabled information management
Special risk services

The project manager leverages worldwide HAI organizational expertise and resources to assure optimal performance on the client’s behalf. Peer reviews, oversight visits, as well as quarterly and annual project reviews, are also conducted to ensure quality service.
