HAI's background in code analysis and research and development allows us to present either typical or unique resources to a code official for review and approval of an approach. Various methods HAI can utilize to achieve approval include the use of fire data obtained in our testing, or our background in fire model development, to answer questions a code official may pose HAI will assist in obtaining agreement of local authorities for proposed fire and life safety programs with the goal of meeting the intent of the applicable codes while preserving the character of the project design.
